Institutional support

Support for Higher Education Providers

In addition to SPA’s normal work of visiting HEIs to gather examples of good practice, some HEIs like to contact SPA to discuss specific issues or concerns in the admissions area.

The SPA team are very happy to assist HEIs in this way; often it is helpful to colleagues just to be able to discuss some particular policy or procedural area in an informal way with other admission professionals in the SPA team; for example, to seek advice on interview practice or CRB issues. Often the SPA team are able to put enquirers in touch with staff in other institutions who may have encountered the same questions.

In other cases it may be helpful for a member of SPA staff actually to visit the institution to meet with a number of colleagues.

In all cases the contact with SPA is informal and confidential. If there is any issue you would like to raise please contact any member of the SPA team.
